A Bit Too Insane

A quiet young girl
a bit too insane
shies away from the others
all so smooth and profane
she watches them run
as once she did the same
all deeds she has done-
far too many to name
in one sitting
one chance
but that's all they gave her
to get her to heaven
a flash of a waiver
and the past would be gone
if she could remember
it all
one by one
every small thing dismember
if only she could remember
or forget,
what they told her.
